Beautifuly designed brand-new hotel with caring staff. The incredible location for the price, so close to a shopping center, beautiful gardens at the quiet end of Funchal and the Christiano Ronaldo museum and the harbour. And a 15-minute walk from a historic fortress.

Had a really enjoyable stay in September for our second visit, glad I've chosen it. We ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. The excellent and very pretty location was a short way from Saint Mary's Cathedral. The property was set in an extra comfy area.
The staff - some of them were not particularly helpful.

The location offered was convenient really close to sea front, and the centre of Funchal where there is a lovely promenade walk available. The service was very good and the rooms where well-kept with bathtub and balcony very nice with views onto the Atlantic plus tea.

You guys made my stay very good. I had an above average breakfast for all different tastes. Perfect and convenient location to more buses made it easy to get to key attractions. Further, it was right by a grocery store as well as the Lido area and Portugal, where coffee is so amazing.

Everything was superb, caring staff, ideal location not far from a cliff with stunning views of the coast including the 580m high cliff known as Cabo Girão, supermarket, and bars and restaurants. My twin room with which were topped up, massive bed, for instance was airy. Had an above average breakfast for all different tastes, appreciated the meal.

The staff is service-minded here, the services are very good, and location is absolutely perfect so close to the hill 100 m away, the 580 m high cliff known as Cabo Girão and several very good restaurants. The rooms are well-equipped, the bar is relaxing. I have to mention the varied breakfast with omelettes and pastries, for example.
